On the morning of March 1st, we were honoured to invite Pan Xiaofu (the head of Changzhou Institute of Educational Science) and subject experts to give teaching guidance. At the beginning of the event, principal Li Yanan gave a detailed report on the curriculum and running of our school. Afterwards, the school's academic pedagogical leadership toured the primary school with the experts and observed open classes provided by many different subject teachers.

After the classes, subject experts, teachers and subject leaders gathered in the staff room, for face-to-face communication and feedback. The experts provided teachers with informed suggestions and innovations. 

In addition, subject experts also gave detailed feedback to the academic pedagogical leadership of our school about the open classes. Due to the teachers' inclusive and open teaching philosophy, the experts supplied valuable ideas to improve subject integration. Then Mr Pan discussed with Principal Li about school management, teacher-student development programs. He actively encouraged teachers to innovate and through teaching to conduct research, thus striving to create an enduring curriculum, and gave a framework to achieve this. Finally, principal Li expressed her gratitude to all the experts for their invaluable guidance. 

Through this teaching and research project, teachers have broadened their teaching knowledge, and the school has clarified the developmental direction. We believe that due to the high-level leadership of experts, the future of Changwai Bilingual School will be amazing!
