A Level is a national education course in Britain known as the "brand education system" by the international educational circles. More than 10,000 schools in more than 160 countries offer the course, and 5 million students take the examination every year. Cambridge High School Certificate is recognized by almost all universities in the United States, Britain, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and other countries and regions.
- Cambridge International IGCSE Course: with one or two years of curriculum, is the most popular international qualification course for teenagers aged 14 to 16 in the world.
- Cambridge International A Level Course: originates from the popular high school curriculum in Britain. It is divided into AS and A2, which are completed in two academic years. With the characteristics of high flexibility and wide applicability, A-Level curriculum consists of more than 70 courses such as mathematics, further mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, economics, business, computer and so on. Students need to choose 3-4 courses according to their interests, advantages and major choice in university.

Our school is an authorized test center of both CIE (Center No. CN340) and Oxford International AQA (Center No.96025). Therefore, students only need take the Cambridge or AQA Official Examination on campus. The examinations are held twice a year, and students can take the exams many times, apply for universities with their best results. After passing the exams, they can obtain High School Certificate from the exam board.
In accordance with the mission statement and educational objectives of CBS, a bilingual comprehensive curriculum with challenges has been developed. In terms of language courses, in order to enable students to have both a global mindset and national identities, the curriculum not only strengthens English learning, but also maintains the coherence of Chinese learning. In terms of academic courses, in view of the admission requirements of universities overseas and the advantages of Chinese students, our school has offered courses in mathematics, further mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, economics, business and ICT, and will offer more courses for students to choose.
