ECA is short for Extra-Curriculum Activities. ECA is an integral part of our students' educational development and an extension of classroom learning. CBS aims to enable students to achieve holistic education, physical, emotional and social development in a familiar, safe and inclusive environment through colorful and developmental activities.
ECA Clubs are divided into four areas: Art and Design, Sports and Health, Science and Engineering, Languages and humanities, and offer both basic and advanced courses. You can choose your own courses according to your interests, needs and strengths, and find and explore your interests and develop their strengths in the rich and diversified courses.

Developing Expertise
ECA basic course is open to all students. At the beginning of each academic year, our school will organize ECA selection fair, where you can learn more about ECA courses, including course content, teachers, class hours and fees. According to your own interests in the specified time, you register for courses via Xiaobao system.

Attendance:record the attendance to reflect your participation in the course;
Presentation of works:For static art courses such as graphic art and design, you will be required to submit works for presentation;
Debriefing Performance:For music, dance, drama and other performing arts courses, you will be required to participate in various debriefing performances;
Competitive competitions:For sports courses, you need to participate in various competitive competitions and have the opportunity to join the school team;
Oral report:for research and debate courses, you need to give oral report to exercise your expression ability and thinking logic;
Evaluation of teamwork:For course projects that require teamwork, teachers will evaluate team members based on your contributions and cooperation.
