CBS Provincial-level Project Seminar
2022.03.09

The development of education depends on school, and the strength of a school depends on its teachers. CBS has been exploring the path of teachers’ professional development that meets the needs of the times and is suitable for our teachers. This term, we turned this issue into a research project, and successfully applied for the provincial-level project ‘Research on the Construction and Practice of Teachers’ Professional Development Model from the Perspective of School Governance.

On 8 March, the Women's Day, CBS gathered a group of ladies who are passionate about research and concern teachers’ development to discuss this project.

Afterwards, the group studied the materials carefully and expressed their views on the relevant concepts, the construction of the teachers’ development model, the research methodology and the following action plan. Through several exchange of views, good suggestions and recommendations were made to improve the project.

In this seminar, the teachers further clarified the objectives of their research and established the idea of ‘teacher as a researcher’, hoping that in our subsequent practice, we will dive into research and build up our strength to move forward!
