To further improve the management level of the homeroom teacher, promote and facilitate the construction of the homeroom teacher team, and improve the effectiveness of the work, on the afternoon of the 24th, CBS Chinese homeroom teacher workshop was held as scheduled. This workshop focused on "class culture construction and class meeting strategy” and was honored to invite Ms. Wang Beilei from Changzhou Foreign Languages School to bring us wonderful sharing.

The event was presided over by Mr. Mark Yu, the principal of the high school. He introduced the background and significance of the event considering the problems encountered in the actual work of our homeroom teachers and the challenges in the team building.

Ms. Wang Beilei started with three touching educating stories when she first started working and shared the theme of "Education to Enrich the Soul with Culture".
