Insisting on building an optimistic and strong class to enhance homeroom teachers' class management, our school organized two seminars about class management on Oct. 9 and Oct.25, during which Mr. Wei Donghua, senior teacher and excellent homeroom teacher from Changzhou Foreign Languages School and Ms. Wu Lingfang, director of Students Development Department of Changzhou Foreign Languages School（Economic Development District Campus）shared their class management strategies respectively.

How to build a united, optimistic and loving class? To answer this question, both teachers shared their experiences from four aspects: class regulations, class activities, caring for students and parent-teacher communication.

Our homeroom teachers also actively talked their concerns, understanding, and experiences about this work.

Those two seminars not only provided good opportunities to share experiences but also greatly inspired our teachers to involve in their future work.
