British Biological Olympiad was established in 1995 by the Royal Society of Biology(RSB), one of the most influential biological academic organizations in the world. It has a 21-year history. As one of the longest and most influential science competitions in British secondary schools, BBO has nearly 10,000 high school students participating in the competition rankings every year. In addition to winning the gold, silver and bronze medals of British Biological Olympic Games, the winners can also greatly increase the advantages of applying for science and engineering majors in world-renowned universities such as medicine and biology. The winners will also have the opportunity to receive invitations to international top science events. Every year, the UK selects outstanding high school students through BBO to form the British Biological Olympic National Team to participate in the International Biological Olympiad. After the introduction of BBO Olympic Games in China by the ASDAN China Office of the British Quality Education Development Certification Center, it provides a platform for Chinese outstanding students and British candidates to compete for the BBO British National Biological Olympic Games gold, silver and bronze medals and provides Chinese students with the opportunity to obtain a strong academic background for applying to the world's top universities.
