On the morning of August 12, all staff of CBS gathered in the school theatre to participate in the first staff meeting of the new semester. The meeting was hosted by Ms. Wan, CBS Executive Principal.

At the meeting, Ms. Wan made a report entitled “Target leading, fine process, and cultivating core competitiveness”. She told everyone  that they should work together as a new academic year begins and make efforts to include moral education to achieve holistic education，to do scientific teaching and research to improve classroom efficiency，to do professional learning to promote IB projects. We should also continue having a good communication between the community and the school. Moreover, Ms. Wan reminded teachers to continuously build their core competitiveness, starting from routine work.

In the new school year, we will strengthen our work with the core goal, fine process, and build the core competitiveness of the school with the heart of seeking truth and doing good.

We believe in giving. Regardless of nationality, race, age, and gender, students, and teachers will grow together and strive to form a multicultural learning community.

We believe that Changwai Bilingual School will have a better tomorrow with the efforts of the whole students, teachers and community!
