On September 24th, G10 and G11 students of CBS take the bus to Huashan National Defense Education and Training Center to start their seven-day military training life as scheduled.

After they arriving at the camp, they put down their luggage and changed into green clothes. The students were full of high and vigorous spirits.

Opening Ceremony

At the opening ceremony, everyone sang the National Anthem of the People's Republic of China in chorus. Comrade Cao Zhixiang, deputy director of Jintan Primary and Secondary School Comprehensive Practice Base, gave a report on military training mobilization. Mr. Jin Jianping, Deputy principal of Changzhou Senior High School of Jiangsu Province, gave a speech for the opening of the training. The representative teacher Zhou Jie and the representative student Huang Hui made brilliant speeches. The auditorium burst into regular and forceful applause from time to time. Finally, under the order from Wang Shuihua, head of military training section of Jintan Primary and Secondary School Comprehensive Practice Base, the horn of military training was officially sounded.

Dinner Time

The significance of military training is to cultivate the good habit of obeying discipline. All the requirements, such as no talking, no wasting, cleaning up after meals, are beneficial for raising their awareness of thrift, respect, courtesy and gratitude. It's worth mentioning that after the tough training, all the students still obeyed the rules strictly.

Formation Drill

Repeated training and corrections were conducted until the movements were consistent and met the standards. It was meaningful to learn and practice the same military postures as there would be no high-quality square without everyone's efforts.
