Good news keeps pouring induring this gorgeous spring season.
With the 2019-2020 application season gradually coming to an end, this year's overseas University applications from Changwai Bilingual School will also come to a successful result. 44 students from CBS G12 have received a total of 166 admission letters from all kinds of top universities globally due to their outstanding academic performance and comprehensive quality.
By March 31, 2020, 100% of the G12 CBS students who applied for universities in the United States have been admitted to the top 40 universities in the US and 60% have been admitted to the top 30. Among these offers, Vanderbilt University, Washington Universityin St. Louis, UCLA, UC Berkeley, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and Carnegie Mellon University are included.
It is worth mentioning that the top American liberal arts colleges, including Swarthmore College (ranked3rd) and Pomona College (ranked 5th), have thrown olive branches to CBS students. On the meanwhile, an admission letter from Middlebury College (ranked7th) has been sent to students in Changzhou for the first time.
In the direction of the United Kingdom, G12 CBS students have also shone as well, for the first time Cambridge University has admitted two students at the same school in Changzhou. Apart from that, the world's top art institution, the University of the Arts London, has also thrown an olive branch to two CBS students. As of now, we have received 18 offers from G5 super elite universities in the United Kingdom and 60 offers from UK Top 10 universities.
The other directions are equally remarkable. 100% of the class of 2020 CBS students who applied for Australian Group of Eight have received offers. There is one student who has received an offer from the University of Toronto (ranked 2nd in Canada). In addition, CBS students have obtained the offers from University College Dublin (ranked2nd in Ireland) for the first time.
