Equestrian

In equestrian the students travelled all the way to Wuijin to the 37˚C International Equestrian Academy training ground. Once the students arrived they were introduced to the horses and were taught how to work with the horses effectively. The parents were then given information about the different types of competitions the students could participate in, while the students went to the training area to pick out their clothing. Each student then had a chance to practice approaching and mounting a horse in the correct way and got a feel for riding and handling a horse.

Hip Hop

In dance the students where first introduced to the hip-hop style of dancing and were shown some examples. The students were then taught how to do a warm-up and practiced some basic dance moves that they will build on to create impressive dance routines.

STEM

Stem classes started again and the students really enjoyed the energetic lessons. The presenters introduced themselves and explained the rules that the students would be required to follow in their lessons. Then they moved on to learning and experimenting. The younger grades learnt about rockets, while the older grades experimented with electrical circuits.
